All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

SECTION 2 – ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 9–16 Business Days

  • United States: 9–16 Business Days

  • Europe: 9–16 Business Days

  • International Orders: 12–16 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become available.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

SECTION 7 – LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Street Style Trends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

SECTION 8 – INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

SECTION 9 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.
