Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
SECTION 8 – INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
