Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at support@streetstyletrends.com. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers do not pay any return shipping fees. There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we also cover all return costs. Please use a tracking service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returns lost during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Used, washed, or damaged items (unless damaged upon arrival)
Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Never Arrived Items

If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if your product never arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@streetstyletrends.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Photos of the item received (if applicable)
Photos of the packaging

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details at support@streetstyletrends.com. The item must be in unused condition with original packaging. Once we receive and check the item, we will process your exchange.
