At Street Style Trends, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, including defective or incorrect items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
